D) How to make mutton rogan josh recipe? 

  1. First of all we take a non- stick pot. And put 1/2 cup of mustard oil. 

  2. Then wait for the heating of oil. Then add 3-4 cloves in the oil and 2 green cardemom. And wait for 2 minutes.

  3. Then add 500gm mutton in the pot. And cook it.

  4. Then take a mixing bowl and put 3/4 cup of curd. Then add a few strands of saffron in it. Then put 1tsp dried ginger powder. 

  5. Then add 1/2 tsp fennel powder. Then add 1/4 Asafoetida. Then add 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. 

  6. Now add 1/4 cup of mutton stock in it. Then mix all the ingredients.

  7. Then put this mixture into the mutton pot. Then add salt according to your taste. And cook it for 10 minutes. Then you will get the scent of the masalas. 

  8.  Then we will add 1/2 cup of mutton stock. Then cover the pot with a lid. And cook it. 

  9. Then take another pan on the burner. Add 1-2 Ratanjot. Then add 1/2 cup ghee. Then you will see a great red colour. 

  10. Then add 1/2 cup ghee. And you will get a colorful liquid. 

  11. This ratanjot gives the great colour to mutton rogan josh. Then add this colourful liquid into the pot. 

  12. And cook it well for 10-15 minutes. And serve it in a bowl with coriander leaf.
